INTERNATIONAL THE HAGUE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CONGRESS BROUGHT TOGETHER RESEARCHERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD

INTERNATIONAL THE HAGUE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH CONGRESS SUCCESSFULLY BROUGHT TOGETHER THE GLOBAL ACADEMIC COMMUNITY

Researchers from 21+ Countries Met on an International Scientific Platform

The International The Hague Scientific Research Congress, held on 18–22 June 2026, brought together academics, researchers, and professionals from numerous countries and scientific disciplines. Organized with online and in-person participation, the congress provided an international platform for presenting current research, exchanging scientific knowledge, and developing new academic collaborations.

167 SCIENTIFIC PAPERS ACCEPTED

A total of 167 scientific papers were accepted for presentation following the scientific evaluation process.

Of these studies, 70 papers were submitted by researchers from Türkiye, while 97 papers were contributed by international researchers.

With international papers representing approximately 58% of all accepted studies, the congress achieved a strong international academic profile.

RESEARCHERS FROM AROUND THE WORLD PARTICIPATED

The congress welcomed scientific contributions from researchers representing a broad international geography, including:

The Netherlands, Türkiye, Japan, Spain, Poland, the Philippines, Albania, Malaysia, Nigeria, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Saudi Arabia, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Morocco, Algeria, Kosovo, Mauritius, Namibia, Laos, the United States, China, Australia, Greece, and Italy.

This international diversity created an important environment for researchers to discuss different scientific approaches and establish new academic connections.

INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITIES AND ACADEMIC INSTITUTIONS CAME TOGETHER

The organization was supported by universities and academic institutions from different countries.

Among the participating and organizing institutions were BZT Turan Academy, Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University, Beykoz University, Qatar University, Mindanao University, First University, Technical University of Civil Engineering of Bucharest, Tetova University, and Porto University.

The involvement of institutions from different regions further strengthened the international and interdisciplinary character of the congress.

ALL SUBMISSIONS UNDERWENT DOUBLE-BLIND PEER REVIEW

Scientific quality constituted one of the main priorities of the congress.

All submitted papers underwent a double-blind peer-review evaluation process before their acceptance into the scientific program.

The evaluation process aimed to ensure that the studies included in the congress met appropriate standards of scientific relevance, academic quality, originality, and research integrity.

ONLINE AND IN-PERSON SESSIONS CREATED A GLOBAL MEETING POINT

Through its hybrid participation model, the congress enabled researchers from different parts of the world to participate either online or in person.

During the scientific sessions, researchers presented their findings, discussed contemporary developments in their respective fields, received academic feedback, and exchanged perspectives with colleagues from different disciplines and countries.

The congress therefore served not only as a platform for scientific presentations but also as a meeting point for international networking, interdisciplinary dialogue, and future research partnerships.

SCIENTIFIC STUDIES PUBLISHED IN THE CONGRESS PROCEEDINGS BOOK

Following the scientific presentations and completion of the congress process, the accepted studies were compiled in the official Congress Proceedings Book.

The proceedings book provides a permanent academic record of the scientific contributions presented during the congress and contributes to the dissemination of research outcomes to the wider academic community.

A STRONG PLATFORM FOR INTERNATIONAL SCIENTIFIC COLLABORATION

With 167 accepted papers, 97 international papers, researchers from more than 20 countries, and the participation of universities and academic institutions from different parts of the world, the International The Hague Scientific Research Congress strengthened its position as an international platform for scientific communication and collaboration.

The congress contributed to the development of new academic networks and supported interaction between researchers working across different disciplines, institutions, and countries.

THANK YOU TO OUR INTERNATIONAL ACADEMIC COMMUNITY

We extend our sincere appreciation to all researchers, authors, reviewers, session chairs, Scientific Committee members, Organizing Committee members, participating universities, partner institutions, and attendees whose contributions made the congress possible.
